Additional services may be offered on a case-by-case basis, as agreed upon with the client. Each service is outlined in detail within individual agreements, including timelines, deliverables, and pricing. Aprina Graphix reserves the right to update or modify the services offered without prior notice, with such changes reflected on our website.

2. Payment Terms

At Aprina Graphix, we value transparency and fairness in our payment process. By engaging our services, you agree to the following payment terms:

Payment Schedule
  • Payment Due Upon Receipt: Payment is required in full upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

  • For projects exceeding $1,000 or requiring extended timelines, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as outlined in the contract.

  • For retainer-based services, payments are due on the first day of the agreed billing cycle.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • Bill.com (Preferred)

  • Bank Transfers

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal/Venmo/CashApp/Zelle

  • Other options as specified in your invoice

Late Payments
  • Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a 1.5% late fee per month or a flat fee of $25, whichever is greater.

  • Persistent non-payment beyond 30 days may result in project suspension and potential legal action to recover unpaid amounts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued for services not yet initiated or deliverables not yet produced. Once work begins, refunds are not available.

  • Cancellations: If a client chooses to cancel a project, they are responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date. A cancellation fee may apply if specified in the contract.

Project Delays
  • If delays are caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing resources), Aprina Graphix reserves the right to adjust project timelines and may require additional fees to accommodate the changes.

  • Projects inactive for more than 30 days without communication will be considered canceled, and additional fees may be required to resume.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute, Aprina Graphix will work with the client to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the Governing Law section of these terms.

Custom Payment Arrangements

We understand some projects may require flexible payment plans. These arrangements must be discussed and approved before the project begins and will be documented in writing.

Project Start and Deliverables
  • Work will not begin, and deliverables will not be provided, until full payment is received.

  • If your project requires multiple phases, payment for each phase must be completed before starting the next.

Refunds and Cancellations
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless indicated by your invoice/contract.

  • Refunds are only available for services not yet initiated.

  • If you choose to cancel a project, fees will be applied for work already completed.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, strategies, and materials created by Aprina Graphix remain the property of Aprina Graphix until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, clients are granted specific usage rights as outlined in their contracts. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and timely information.

  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals.

  • Meet agreed-upon deadlines for submissions or materials.

Delays in client communication may result in project timeline adjustments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aprina Graphix is not responsible for:

  • Errors in final deliverables approved by the client.

  • Losses caused by delays due to circumstances outside our control, such as technical issues, third-party delays, or client inaction.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both Aprina Graphix and the client agree to protect any proprietary or confidential information shared during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, or proprietary designs.

7. External Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Aprina Graphix does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or policies of these external sites.

8. Updates to Terms

Aprina Graphix reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
